Under the authority of the owner, the *Administration, Marketing and Sales Manager* ensures the smooth operation of all activities of the Fays chocolate shop. As a true pivot of the organization, this person bridges the gap between sales and operations, oversees the general administration of the company. They possess strong marketing knowledge to boost the brand's reputation and ensure compliance with management norms and best practices, including financial and human aspects.

Main ResponsibilitiesSales-Operations Strategy and Coordination — ensure cohesion between production and sales, particularly through regular follow-up meetings

  • Plan and lead follow-up meetings between sales and production teams
  • Identify deadlines or availability issues and propose solutions
  • Participate in the development and follow-up of the company's strategic plan
  • Adopt a critical approach to the current way of doing things and propose adjustments when necessary

Marketing and Brand Image — develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth and notoriety of the brand

  • Develop the annual marketing plan in line with sales objectives and seasonality
  • Coordinate the production of catalogs, product sheets, and other promotional materials
  • Ensure visual consistency and the quality of presentation of all communications
  • Maintain presence on social media and the website (content, calendar, performance tracking)
  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, markets, and promotional events in collaboration with the sales manager
  • Collaborate with external resources (graphic designers, photographers, printers)
  • Supervise the development of new packaging, seasonal collections, or promotions
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate its return on investment
  • Ensure brand image consistency across all customer touchpoints

Sales Performance Tracking — track sales results, analyze discrepancies, and challenge teams to meet objectives

  • Establish the strategy and follow it up, in collaboration with the sales manager
  • Collect and analyze sales data (volumes, margins, seasonal trends, channels)
  • Set sales targets with concerned sales teams (e.g., store) and follow up on them
  • Analyze performance by sales point, customer, and channel (store, online, wholesalers)
  • Follow up on corporate client accounts and distribution partnerships
  • Supervise or support the sales team on a daily basis (motivation, training, coaching)
  • Develop new business opportunities (new clients, markets, sales points)
  • Present performance reports and recommendations to the owner
  • Conduct market research on the competition and trends in the artisanal chocolate industry
  • General Administration — oversee the company's daily administrative operations
  • Ensure the smooth running of routine operations (suppliers, orders, logistics)
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes
  • Ensure document management and compliance with administrative deadlines

Accounting and Finance — monitor invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, in collaboration with the accountant

  • Supervise invoicing and follow up on client and supplier accounts
  • Ensure liaison with the external accountant for financial statements and tax obligations
  • Contribute to the development and follow-up of the company's budget

Human Resources and Compliance — participate in the HR committee and ensure compliance with applicable norms

  • Monitor labor standards, health and safety, and internal policies
  • Supervise hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluation processes, as needed
  • Ensure that administrative follow-ups related to employees are carried out (files, schedules, compliance)

  • Education — Degree in administration, management, commerce, or related field

Experience — Relevant experience in general management, ideally in a SME or manufacturing/food context ● Marketing — Strong knowledge of marketing principles, visual communication, and market positioning, and basic visual tools (e.g., Canva) ● Finance — Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, budget tracking) ● Human Resources — Knowledge of labor standards and best practices in human resource management ● Tools — Proficiency in common office tools (Office suite, management/accounting tools)
