Deslauriers, a leading company in the field of electronic security and fire protection, is looking for an accounting clerk to join its team.

We are seeking a person who is meticulous, organized, and self-reliant, who wishes to contribute to the smooth operation of accounting operations in a professional, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and track accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare customer invoices, follow up on payments, and participate in collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of accounting data
• Prepare employee payroll and track benefits
• Produce various administrative and financial reports
• Collaborate with the accounting firm during the end of the fiscal year
• Prepare certain administrative documents related to government agencies, insurance, and compliance

Desired Profile

• DEC in accounting (administration) with relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Acomba, Servicentre, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, discreet, honest, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence
• Good communication skills in French (functional English is an asset)
