At duBreton, we are looking for an IT and PCO Project Analyst to support the existing team in its day-to-day operations and in its digital transformation activities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Transformation and Enterprise Systems, this person will bring their expertise in project management, analytical skills, and rigor to support the governance and tracking of the organization's technological initiatives.

  • As an IT and PCO Project Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Planning and coordinating the organization's various projects, including interactions with internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to the schedule;
  • Being responsible for the financial and budgetary management of the department. Updating cost tracking, performing requested analyses, and maintaining a proactive view on potential issues;
  • Analyzing the current project portfolio and resulting workload and making recommendations to the leadership;
  • Coordinating the implementation of new projects, their planning, and clarifications, negotiations with internal clients;
  • Guiding continuous improvement projects within the department by using new tools;
  • Guiding the organization's governance by being the guardian of work methods related to project management;
  • Ensuring proper communication of project milestones and important events in collaboration with the leadership and project managers;
  • Participating in project coordination and various administrative tasks related to projects.

You will collaborate with

  • IT teams (infrastructure, applications, and BI);
  • Business teams (finance, operations, sales, and supply chain);
  • Leadership and project managers;
  • External vendors and partners (consultants, SAP integrators, etc.).

This position is for you if...

  • You hold a degree in administration, information systems, IT, finance, or a related field;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, PCO/PMO, project control, or IT project coordination;
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing, to regularly interact with our American division;
  • You have a good understanding of IT environments, enterprise systems, and transformation projects;
  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools;
  • You have experience with project management or collaboration tools, such as JIRA (asset);
  • You have participated in projects in an SAP S/4HANA environment (asset);
  • You are recognized for your rigor and organizational skills;
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and a good ability to synthesize;
  • You demonstrate autonomy and a good sense of priorities;
  • You are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders;
  • You communicate clearly, directly, and professionally;
  • You demonstrate good business judgment and know how to challenge situations constructively.

Additional Information

  • Full-time permanent position;
  • Hybrid mode based in Saint-Bernard, on the South Shore of Quebec;
  • Approximately 10% travel to other sites;
  • Area not served by public transportation.
