At KSO, we are looking for a Financial Director who wants to become a true business partner to the executive team.
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and continuous improvement-driven individual who wants to actively contribute to our growth.
Your Role
As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for the entire financial function of the company. As a member of the executive committee, you will contribute to the organization's strategic decisions and ensure rigorous financial management that fosters sustainable growth.
You will oversee financial activities, support the team in its development, and work closely with the various departments to optimize the company's overall performance.
Your Contribution
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in collaboration with the executive team;
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships;
- Supervise budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analyses;
- Produce financial analyses to support business decisions;
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs;
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Ensure financial, tax, and regulatory compliance;
- Supervise annual audits and relationships with external auditors;
- Implement and improve internal controls;
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects;
- Serve as a partner to various managers to support their financial decisions.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Hold a CPA title;
- Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, including several years in a management role;
- Have solid experience in financial management and strategic support;
- Be proficient in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems and financial tools;
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Possess a motivating leadership and collaborative approach;
- Be results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement;
- Demonstrate organization, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Have functional English.
