Change Management Consultant

Taktik 360 Group is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant. The main tasks will include:

1. Strategy and Planning

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to the size and scope of each project.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans for each stakeholder.
• Assess the impact and risks associated with changes, considering the proposed solutions.
• Develop plans for resistance management, communication, training, and support.

2. Implementation and Coordination

• Coordinate and facilitate change management workshops.
• Develop training and educational materials to prepare stakeholders for new solutions.
• Work closely with workflow managers to align requirements and deliverables.
• Integrate change management plans with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Provide advice to project teams on change management methodologies.

3. Collaboration and Support

• Partner with internal leaders to develop specific change plans and activities.
• Support promoters and stakeholders in successfully leading change, aiming for long-term integration.
• Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to find flexible and iterative solutions.

4. Expertise and Skills

• Master the principles and methodologies of change management.
• Have experience in integrating change management plans within digital/technological transformation contexts.
• Employment Type: Part-time, Fixed-term Contract, Freelance
• Compensation: $75.00 to $125.00 per hour

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
