Your role
As an audience support agent, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth running of the Tribunal's activities. You will be the point of reference for citizens and lawyers attending hearings, as well as for the administrative judges and special clerks of the Tribunal.
On a daily basis, you will perform the following functions:
- Welcome citizens, direct them to the hearing rooms, inform them about the hearing process, and provide them with the necessary documentation;
- Distribute files according to roles, documents to be submitted to administrative judges or special clerks before or during hearings;
- Assign rooms daily based on the number of files to roles and the number of administrative judges and special clerks;
- Ensure the proper functioning of technological equipment before or during hearings;
- Ensure the supply of various forms, stationery, and office supplies.
- Salary scale
- From $44,288 to $58,569*

Desired profile and application procedures
Job requirements
- Hold a high school diploma (DES) or a relevant certificate of studies recognized by the competent authority
+ Each year of missing education can be compensated by two years of paid or unpaid work experience, including family workload. The DES can also be compensated by a professional specialization certificate or a professional studies diploma.
- Have two years of relevant experience in the duties of a judicial activities agent.
+ Each missing two-year block of experience can be compensated by one year of post-secondary education with relevant training in the duties of a judicial activities agent.
+ *For your education to be considered, any education completed outside of Canada must be subject to a comparative evaluation (equivalence certificate) issued by the* *Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration*.
- Possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a work permit issued by the competent federal authority to work in the Quebec public service.
+ *A person awaiting proof of permanent resident status or a work permit may submit their application to this selection process. However, they must be authorized to work legally in Canada at the time of their appointment.*
- Have appropriate French language skills for the position.
