Your Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance

• Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for production equipment and auxiliary services;
• Diagnose and resolve technical failures in collaboration with operations;
• Ensure rigorous tracking of equipment downtime, interventions, and performance indicators;
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial equipment.

Building Maintenance & Technical Projects

• Perform building maintenance and renovation work;
• Contribute to energy optimization and reliability improvement projects;
• Participate in the evaluation of technical needs.

Workplace Health & Safety

• Promote a proactive safety culture;
• Ensure compliance with SST, HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards;
• Identify and correct risks related to equipment and infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For

• DEP in electromechanical, industrial mechanics, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a food or manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and technical drawings;
• Ability to diagnose complex malfunctions and propose robust solutions;
• Good judgment, autonomy, initiative, and ability to work under pressure;
• Values aligned with Unisoya: flexibility, mutual aid, kindness

Assets: Competency cards (electricity, welding, refrigeration), C license, functional English.
