As a

Team Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and practical approach, you will contribute to creating a dynamic, organized, and customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to store performance by meeting sales targets and aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic priorities.
  • Participate in daily operations, including adhering to policies and procedures, loss prevention, store opening/closing, cash handling, report generation, and scheduling support.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that fosters an optimal customer experience.
  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, continuous training, and constructive feedback to enhance skills, confidence, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to align priorities, ensure effective communication, and execute action plans promptly.
  • Model a customer-centric approach by being present on the floor, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects service standards.

Qualifications

  • 6 months or more of experience in management or supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment.
  • Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Proficiency in technological tools: POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Flexible scheduling: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder reaching a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet).
  • High school diploma required.
