Légalex is looking for a Legal Assistant / Legal Technician to join its team.

Note: We are open to hiring people who do not have experience in the legal field.

What you will do within the company

Answer the phone, inform and assist clients on various subjects (real estate, corporate, will, guardianship mandate, succession, etc.);

Communicate with the various parties involved in the files (clients, municipalities, real estate agents, lenders, etc.);

Prepare and draft various legal and non-legal documents under the supervision of the notary;

Manage the follow-up of files;

Perform research on various databases;

Collaborate with your colleagues on various tasks depending on the needs of the team;

Other related tasks, such as writing and sending emails and letters, digitization, scheduling, filing, etc.;
