YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

From environmental characterization to site rehabilitation, our team deploys integrated solutions for contaminated environments. Whether your talent is expressed in regulatory management, administrative support, or field sampling, you directly contribute to risk management and ecosystem protection. Here's what your daily tasks might look like: Collaborate on the preparation and follow-up of service offers:

  • Collect, gather, and validate the information needed to prepare service offers;
  • Perform the required checks in internal and external databases;
  • Prepare service offers using the company's templates;
  • Review and correct service offers from a linguistic and grammatical perspective;
  • Verify the accuracy of information, spreadsheets, and fees before transmission;
  • Assemble documents in PDF format and prepare final versions of offers;
  • Transmit service offers to clients via email or mail;
  • Perform administrative follow-up of service offers, including reminders and updating tracking tools;

Support the work of project managers, directors, and the main administrative assistant:

  • Open technical files;
  • Review and correct administrative and technical documents from a linguistic and grammatical perspective, and assemble documents in PDF format (correspondence, letters, and reports);
  • Prepare and transmit various administrative documents and correspondence via email;
  • Handle administrative information requiring special attention and relay the information to the concerned parties;
  • Participate in the respect and follow-up of deadlines;
  • Participate, upon request from directors and/or project managers, in certain administrative tasks related to projects;
  • Upon request from directors and/or project managers, prepare information summaries and layout of documents.

Support the work of project managers

  • Prepare the opening of technical files;
  • Send, via email, site and lab reports to clients;
  • Write and correct letters;
  • Prepare service offers;
  • Write and correct routine correspondence;
  • Provide project managers with an update on files requiring special attention.

Perform general office work

  • Receive and handle calls from internal and external clients;
  • Digitize various documents;
  • Perform filing;
  • Ensure the archiving of documents, both digital and physical.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Hold a professional or college diploma (AEC) in office management. (All combinations of studies and relevant experience will be considered);
  • Relevant experience in administrative support and office work (asset);
  • Excellent mastery of French (oral and written);
  • Experience in an engineering consulting firm will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent aptitude for reviewing and correcting technical documents (civil engineering);
  • Excellent mastery of the Office Suite.
