The Submission Specialist works directly with clients and suppliers. Among their responsibilities, they will prepare submissions, read plans and estimates, and maintain an impeccable service relationship with our clientele. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow.

What You'll Do
- Analyze plans and estimates
- Conduct necessary research with our suppliers
- Communicate with the representative/client/supplier
- Prepare submissions according to the profit margin grid
- Submit proposal prices and/or purchase prices to the client and their representative while meeting required deadlines
- Provide necessary technical information
- Transmit relevant information from your files to the project manager to conclude the file
- Assist the project manager and/or internal sales staff as needed with technical questions
- Perform any other related tasks
What You'll Bring
- Experience in reading estimates
- DEC in building mechanics (an asset)
- Required general computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader, experience with the AS400 system, ACCEO (an asset)
- Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
- Strong learning capacity and meticulousness
