Talent Acquisition Advisor

At Normandin, we are looking for a passionate talent acquisition advisor who wants to contribute to the growth of a recognized Quebec company. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, for administrative, managerial, and professional positions in our various divisions: restaurants, hospitality, IT, construction, administration, warehouses, and factories.

At Normandin, you won't just search for talents! You will also contribute to several HR projects, such as improving the candidate experience, our internal training program "Ça fait grandir", and the creation of initiatives and recruitment events like job fairs to showcase Normandin. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training to develop your expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Desired profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, administration (HR profile), or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition;

Salary: $28.31 to $32.98 per hour
