Your responsibilities

• Welcome each patient with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism
• Manage calls, requests, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
• Optimize the clinic's daily schedule
• Bill for services, collect payments, and manage insurance claims
• Keep the database up-to-date and ensure good file tracking
• Ensure clear, empathetic, and proactive communication with patients
• Participate in the clinic's smooth operation with diligence and good humor

Your profile

• 1 year or more of experience in the dental field (mandatory)
• Experience in a dental clinic (asset)
• Knowledge of the Dentitek software (asset)
• Sense of organization, initiative, attention to detail
• Excellent communication, autonomy, and team spirit
