As a Heavy Maintenance Attendant, reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the premises and grounds to keep the interior and exterior spaces in good condition and clean. You will be called upon to perform necessary repairs, installations, and inspections for the maintenance of the building and equipment.

Requirements

• DEP in general building maintenance or a combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered
• 12 to 24 months of experience in a similar position
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy loads
• Ability to work autonomously
• Passion for seniors and orientation towards customer service
