Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the company's stock status by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are moving and which are not;
  • Configure settings in the replenishment system regarding the item card, UGS card, minimum-maximum, and supplier items;
  • Analyze weekly inventory orders and validate them in advance;
  • Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends;
  • Lead buyers and warehouse workers;
  • Perform analyses related to regular inventories;
  • Write inventory reports that document inventories, discrepancies, and other statistical data;
  • Report inventory statistics to management and suggest improvements in stock control;
  • Coordinate with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and receipts;
  • Create and maintain inventory databases and systems to manage stocks accurately.

To join our team

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, mathematics, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills (in French and English);
  • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and programming. MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, VBA, MS Power-BI, and other programming languages would be an asset;
  • Excellent computer and programming skills.
