We are looking for a Billing and Contract Entry Agent to support our administrative operations. The selected person will be responsible for entering contracts, managing billing, and maintaining the accuracy of administrative data.

• Enter contract-related data into the system.
• Verify the accuracy of contract information.
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices.
• Perform necessary corrections and adjustments to customer files.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve billing discrepancies and questions.
• Keep administrative files and databases up to date.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding contracts and billing.
• All related tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• DEP or DEC in secretarial or office administration;
• Experience in billing, data entry, or administration (an asset).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail and high precision.
• Proficiency in Office suite software.
• Sense of organization and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
