Shellex is looking for a Director of Industrial Processes Service to lead a strategic discipline that includes nearly twenty professionals across our offices in Valleyfield, Beloeil, Sherbrooke, and Toronto.

Your Mandate

As the Director of the Industrial Processes Service, you will be responsible for consolidating, aligning, and evolving the Industrial Processes discipline to make it a strategic lever for growth, performance, and business development.

You will act as the orchestra conductor of the discipline, ensuring:

• Defining and carrying out the vision of the Industrial Processes discipline;
• Mobilizing, developing, and growing the teams;
• Fostering collaboration and the sharing of expertise among offices and disciplines;
• Ensuring operational performance, quality, and profitability of the service;
• Harmonizing practices and strengthening expertise;
• Actively contributing to business development, service offerings, and growth initiatives;
• Developing durable relationships with key clients;
• Participating in strategic directions and the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or related field;
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec or eligible;
• Significant experience in managing professional teams;
• Experience in engineering-consulting or in a complex industrial environment;
• Experience in business development and client relationship management;
• Bilingualism in French-English considered an important asset.
