Your daily tasks

  • Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs from various stakeholders (internal teams, acquired company, partners).
  • Recommend IT solutions tailored to the company's strategic objectives.
  • Map current and future business processes, identify functional gaps, and propose improvement paths.
  • Use analysis techniques like brainstorming, SWOT analysis, or the MoSCoW method to prioritize needs and propose concrete solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT experts (ERP, CRM, integrations) in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and document process models (As-Is / To-Be) to facilitate understanding and transformation.
  • Create functional prototypes to support requirement definition and validation, aligning teams on the solution to be developed.
  • Participate in test strategy, functional testing, user training, and data migration.
  • Actively contribute to change management initiatives (communications, documentation, support).
  • Produce and maintain up-to-date documentation of functional, non-functional, and transitional requirements.
  • Interpret business data, identify trends, and formulate informed recommendations.
  • Occasionally act as project manager or expert advisor on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage ERP projects, ensuring deadlines and budget are met.
  • Provide technical and functional support for ERP systems.
  • Train users on new features and support them in the transition.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in functional analysis or IT system integration.
  • Excellent understanding of business objectives and ability to translate needs into effective solutions.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP projects or digital transformation.
  • Good mastery of Agile environments and requirement documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, to effectively interact with bilingual clients and business partners (both orally and in writing).
  • Knowledge of best practices in business process management and information technology.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Occasional travel to our branches in Quebec and Ontario.

Assets

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience with CMS, e-commerce platforms, or BI tools.
  • Familiarity with the equipment rental or retail sectors.
  • Good knowledge of personal information protection in accordance with Act 25.

Other information

  • Occasional travel to our branches in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Hybrid position.
