We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner capable of actively contributing to the organization's results by developing the full potential of our leaders and teams. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will act as a strategic and operational advisor to managers and support them in their human and organizational challenges. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions, use data to guide actions, and participate in building a modern, proactive, and results-oriented HR function within the framework of stimulating HR and organizational development projects.
Strategic partnership with managers
- Act as an advisor to managers on all HR issues.
- Understand business objectives and propose aligned HR solutions.
- Support and coach managers in change management, team evolution, and workforce planning.
Workplace relations and employee management
- Support managers and employees in managing various absence and departure situations, including disabilities, parental leave, and voluntary departures.
- Advise on disciplinary issues, performance, and conflicts.
- Manage workplace relations, investigations, and disciplinary measures by applying internal policies and labor laws consistently.
Talent development
- Support managers in recruiting and integrating new hires.
- Assist in performance evaluation and skills development processes.
- Identify training needs and contribute to talent development plans.
Engagement, culture, and employee experience
- Propose and participate in initiatives to foster engagement and mobilization.
- Support practices in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Act as a HRIS resource and contribute to process and tool optimization.
- Analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations to support growth, talent retention, and performance.
- Be willing to travel regularly to different offices to provide close support to managers and employees.
HR analytics and continuous improvement
- Ensure legal compliance and sound management of HR policies.
- Collaborate on various strategic HR and organizational development projects.
- Actively contribute to improving HR processes to support organizational growth.
Your skills and potential.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources.
- Be a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Consultants.
- Have 5 to 8 years of experience in the human resources field.
- Strong experience in HRIS optimization (Dayforce is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools (Excel or similar).
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Discretion, ethics, and professionalism.
- Bilingual ability to communicate with partners in both languages.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a car for travel purposes.
