Permanent full-time position with 37.5 hours/week and benefits from day one.

Overview of your role

Your role is to proudly assume the responsibility of the customer experience and ensure that we can positively contribute to the success of their day.

*You will continue to make a difference:*

• by performing the necessary administrative tasks to keep the service center running smoothly;
• by adding value for customers and finding ways to improve the efficiency of the service center;
• by collaborating with our insurance partners to help customers get the best quality-price ratio;
• by ensuring complete customer satisfaction by vacuuming inside the vehicles, cleaning the windshields, and sometimes helping to perform small repairs on the windshields (don't worry - our tools are easy to use!)
• by moving the vehicles to get them into or out of the repair shop.

Your profile

• You value the establishment of relationships with customers and your colleagues.
• You have experience in customer service, whether in the retail sales sector, hospitality, or tourism.
• No specific education is required - we offer on-the-job training!
• You have a valid Class 5 driver's license and can work in different Belron Canada locations in your geographic area.
