Under the store manager, the trainee manager follows a structured path towards a leadership role, developing the necessary skills to become a store manager. You will learn by gaining hands-on experience in the store (sales stimulation, providing quality customer service, and supporting the team's daily operations).
You will play an important role throughout the store, developing your confidence in decision-making, team development, and operations management.
What You Will Do
- Stimulate sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and providing a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members by providing feedback and support.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures (loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, exchanges, etc.).
- Participate in managing the team's schedules to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising.
- Support daily operations, including stock replenishment and backroom tasks.
- Foster a culture of engaged and inclusive teamwork, where everyone feels supported and motivated.
- What Sets You Apart
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail management or the service sector
- Strong interest in fashion
- Natural leadership and growth mindset
- Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
