Under the store manager, the trainee manager follows a structured path towards a leadership role, developing the necessary skills to become a store manager. You will learn by gaining hands-on experience in the store (sales stimulation, providing quality customer service, and supporting the team's daily operations).

You will play an important role throughout the store, developing your confidence in decision-making, team development, and operations management.

What You Will Do

• Stimulate sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and providing a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members by providing feedback and support.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures (loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, exchanges, etc.).
• Participate in managing the team's schedules to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising.
• Support daily operations, including stock replenishment and backroom tasks.
• Foster a culture of engaged and inclusive teamwork, where everyone feels supported and motivated.
• What Sets You Apart
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail management or the service sector
• Strong interest in fashion
• Natural leadership and growth mindset
• Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
