Store Manager

Position: Store Manager, JACK & JONES

• Reports to: District Manager, JACK & JONES
• Location: Place Laurier, Quebec, QC

Salary: The starting salary for this position is *$50,000.00*. The final remuneration will be determined based on the candidate's relevant years of experience in comparable roles and functions.

Being a STORE MANAGER is

• *Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach your team members on products, style, sales techniques, and operational procedures.*
• *Work in partnership with your district manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.*
• *Develop in-store talent and future leaders by promoting teammates internally.*
• *Perform store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company procedures.*
• *Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.*

What you need

• *1-2 years of experience in store management, ideally in the fashion sector.*
• *Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (KPI analysis, planning, inventory management, etc.).*
• *Proven leadership skills in talent recruitment and development, and team mentoring.*
• *Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.*
• *Experience in visual merchandising is an asset.*
