About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Florist Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store while actively participating in floral creation. This role combines team and store management with crafting high-quality floral arrangements.

Main Responsibilities

• Workshop and Store Management: Supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure the general upkeep of the store.
• Floral Creation: Design and create various floral arrangements (bouquets, custom compositions, events, funerals, etc.).
• Inventory and Procurement Management: Place orders for fresh flowers and supplies, manage deliveries, ensure stock rotation, and reduce waste.
• Customer Service and Sales: Welcome customers, advise clients, take orders in-store or by phone, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Solid practical experience in floristry (arrangement, flower care, and knowledge of varieties).
• Demonstrated skills in team or retail store management.
• Developed artistic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good stress management and ability to work under pressure during peak periods (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.).

Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
