**MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE
Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, this position will focus on the processes and expected outcomes related to change management, particularly the development and implementation of training, with the goal of significantly increasing the chances of realizing the expected benefits of organizational changes. The selected individual will play a key role in ensuring that organizational changes, particularly digital transformation initiatives, are well understood, supported, and successfully implemented.
The specialist will develop and support the implementation and management of strategies, plans, tools, and processes related to change and training, with the aim of raising awareness and commitment, improving knowledge and skills, and consolidating changes. In close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders across the entire organization, the selected individual will accompany teams through change with empathy and a human-centered approach.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct in-depth needs analyses to clearly define learning objectives and outcomes.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs that help employees adopt and adapt to changes within the organization.
- Design training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, facilitation guides, online learning modules, and quick reference guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content and ensure its accuracy.
- Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve them.
- Promote the integration of new skills into daily work through consolidation activities and post-training resources.
- Ensure the planning and implementation of change management
- Lead and coordinate change management activities for small to medium-sized projects, collaborating closely with project managers throughout the planning and implementation phases.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops focusing on vision definition, impact analysis, current and future state mapping, and stakeholder assessment.
- Develop and implement key change-related elements (e.g., communication plans, training materials, impact analyses, stakeholder analyses).
- Define success indicators and measurable outcomes related to the human aspect of change, tracking the adoption of changes and communicating progress updates.
- Develop communications tailored to each audience, easy to understand, and aligned with project objectives.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Establish strong, trust-based relationships with project teams, managers, and stakeholders across the entire organization to foster effective and sustainable adoption of change.
- Accompany individuals and teams through change with empathy and a human-centered approach, ensuring that implications are well understood and support is tailored to stakeholders' needs.
- Leverage various change methodologies to choose the most effective approach for each initiative.
- Utilize strong relational and transferable skills to foster cohesion, encourage collaboration, and create an environment conducive to support during transformation.
- Contribute to our Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (BIDE) culture by ensuring all staff feel represented, valued, and heard in all aspects of their identity, including gender, age, religion, ethnic origin, nationality, race, and sexuality.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in education, communication, psychology, management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of adult learning theories and methods, as well as workplace training.
- At least 3 years of experience in advising and implementing change strategies, both in project and strategic initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience in successfully designing and implementing adult and employee training programs.
- Knowledge and practical application of change management frameworks, practices, and tools, with the ability to adapt approaches to different initiatives.
- Experience in developing clear and dynamic communication and training materials.
- Experience in creating interactive and visual content to facilitate change adoption and training.
- Extensive experience in collaborating with staff at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence them.
- Proven ability to design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with people of varying personalities.
- Sharp business sense and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Proven ability to manage complex and multidimensional projects, covering multiple work axes and areas of expertise.
- Experience in accompanying digital transformation or technology-driven changes, an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is strongly desired, with French being an asset due to the organization's national activities and the need for effective communication between different regions.
