We are looking for a Talents and Culture Advisor who wishes to put their expertise at the service of an organization whose mission makes a real difference in Quebec communities.

📍 Quebec (hybrid mode) 💼 Permanent position – Full-time 💰 Salary: $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience

Your role

As an HR partner, you will support the PATRO in their daily challenges by: 🔹 Advising managers on best HR practices; 🔹 Supporting recruitment, retention, and talent development; 🔹 Participating in various and stimulating HR projects; 🔹 Supporting teams in change management; 🔹 Contributing to the Réseau des PATRO's reputation as an employer of choice; 🔹 Fostering collaboration between the different organizations in the network.
