The liaison agent contacts potential and existing clients to present our damage and general insurance products and generate opportunities for our brokers. They actively contribute to the growth of the firm by establishing a quality first contact with clients while promoting our solutions tailored to their needs.

WE COUNT ON YOU TO

• Create a telephone contact with an established clientele to offer them new products (no "cold calls")
• Collect the required information for the system
• Transfer potential client calls to designated teams to facilitate sales
• Be motivated to achieve set goals

TO BE HAPPY IN THIS POSITION

• Enjoy working with the public, demonstrate natural communication skills, and be convincing and persuasive;
• Ability to effectively manage stress;
• Enjoy working in a team;
• Demonstrate ease in working with technology;
• Excellent French language skills are required to serve our francophone clientele. Individuals with advanced English skills will also serve our current and future anglophone clientele, following our growth objectives!
