Your daily tasks

As a parts clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting technicians, technical advisors, and customers.

You will be called upon to:

• Welcome customers at the counter and answer phone calls
• Quickly identify the right parts and accessories
• Prepare orders for the mechanical workshop
• Advise customers on available products
• Handle merchandise receipts
• Participate in inventory control and rotation
• Process returns and warranties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient department
• Collaborate daily with sales and service departments

• You are likely the person we are looking for if you have:
• ✔ Experience as a parts clerk in an automotive dealership
• ✔ Excellent knowledge of automotive parts
• ✔ A customer service-oriented approach
• ✔ Good organizational and priority management skills
• ✔ Autonomy, diligence, and a strong team spirit
• ✔ Good computer skills
• ✔ Bilingualism (French/English)

• Experience with General Motors vehicles
• Knowledge of the CDK system
