IT Technical Support Specialist - Level III

The IT Technical Support Specialist – Level III provides advanced technical support and day-to-day administration of the organization's on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role helps maintain the availability, security, and performance of servers, networks, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and business applications. It resolves complex technical issues, participates in infrastructure projects, maintains documentation, and works closely with vendors and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for servers, network infrastructure, and endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and user accounts.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2025, Windows 11, and virtualization platforms.
• Support Fortinet firewalls, VPN connectivity, MFA, and identity security.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management, and backup verification.
• Assist with disaster recovery testing and data restoration.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and asset inventory.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with external vendors and participate in infrastructure improvement projects.
• Support JD Edwards infrastructure components as required.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of technical support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Fortinet, SQL Server, Microsoft Defender, backup solutions, and networking.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell.
• Fluent French and working English.

Working Conditions

• Permanent full-time position.
• Occasional evening or weekend work during planned maintenance windows.
