The Adult General Education Team contributes to the development, organization, and support of services related to adult general education. The team undertakes various tasks involving document production, information management, content quality, and continuous improvement of work tools. Joining our team means contributing concretely to structuring projects that facilitate the work of professionals and support the quality of services offered.
Your Job
Under the supervision of the team, the student employee will be called upon to:
- Participate in the redesign of the Adult General Education Classification Electronic Plan;
- Produce electronic templates to facilitate the layout of exams and documents in adult general education, in compliance with existing standards;
- Produce, update, and format various administrative and professional documents;
- Effectively use the software and office tools necessary to carry out the mandates;
- Contribute to the quality of texts, both in terms of language and visual presentation;
- Perform any other administrative task related to the team's needs.

Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time (or part-time if you are in your penultimate or final session of your studies) for the fall 2026 session, in one of the following fields of study: administration, secretarial work, accounting, or any other relevant field recognized by the competent authority.
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Have an appropriate knowledge of French for the position.
For studies outside Quebec
- Be enrolled full-time in a program recognized by the competent authority of the place where you are pursuing your studies (or part-time if you are in your penultimate or final session).
- Have a permanent residence in Quebec.
Additional Requirements
- Belong to a professional order;
- Have excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
