Production Journeyman (Operator)

*What you will do on a daily basis*

In the context of this job, you will be responsible for cleaning pieces using a grinder, performing fusion and casting activities necessary for the production of various industrial parts, and manufacturing molds and cores using specialized tools.

*Your main responsibilities:*

• Remove excess metal from pieces
• Inspect equipment, parts, and models/molds, and repair them as needed
• Provide support for casting and coring operations
• Perform demolding of pieces
• Use a crane and other lifting devices
• *Desired profile*
• High school diploma or relevant experience in an industrial setting
• DEP in foundry (an asset)
• Good physical condition and ability to lift loads up to 20 kg
• Ability to work standing for long periods
• Good manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive work
