Senior ERP Analyst – Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)

About the Position

CGI is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst specializing in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) to join its delivery team.

You will be responsible for providing functional and operational support for a major North American manufacturer's Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) platform. You will contribute to ensuring the stability of the environment, incident resolution, solution evolution, change management, and continuous process improvement.

As a member of the AMS team, you will work closely with business users, technical teams, integration specialists, and CGI's Infor experts to deliver high-quality services in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for: Application Support

Provide L2/L3 application support for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical incidents.

Prioritize and track incidents based on their criticality level.

Participate in the resolution of major incidents and root cause analysis (RCA).

Handle user service requests and provide daily functional support.

Change Management

Participate in the analysis of change requests and changes.

Conduct impact analyses and propose suitable solutions to meet business needs.

Participate in configuration, validation, and deployment activities.

Support minor updates to Infor CSI.

Ensure post-deployment validations and contribute to rollback plans.

Integration and Operational Monitoring

Provide support for integrations between Infor CSI and third-party systems.

Participate in the monitoring of interfaces, APIs, and Infor ION flows.

Monitor automated processes, interfaces, and critical processes.

Contribute to maintaining the operational stability of the platform.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

Maintain functional and technical documentation.

Participate in knowledge transfer activities.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Contribute to reducing recurring incidents and backlog.

Governance

Participate in operational and governance meetings.

Contribute to tracking performance indicators (SLA and KPI).

Collaborate with various teams to ensure continuous service improvement.

Desired Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).

Qualities Required to Succeed in This Role

Required Experience

The candidate must possess:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI / SyteLine).

Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or ERP application support (L2/L3).

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in incident analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.

Experience in functional configuration of Infor CSI.

Experience in change management, change requests, and deployments.

Participation in Infor CSI implementation, deployment, or post-implementation support projects.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $130,000. This position is open.
