- Consult with clients to determine needs
Document technical requirements to ensure products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
Participate in the development of recommendations on strategies, policies, management, and delivery of information systems
Evaluate risks related to physical and technical security of data, software, and computer hardware
Design and implement policies and procedures related to the software lifecycle
Automate processes using robotics
Operate automated equipment or other verification equipment to ensure product quality
Perform tests on application software and information and telecommunications systems and document their results
