Your Job

• Accompany the patrimony management advisors to offer superior customer service and be available to respond to client requests.
• Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments).
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions on all investment accounts and follow up rigorously.
• Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date.
• Produce portfolio management reports.
• Manage client file administration through scheduling, appointment taking, and preparing meetings with clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management.

Financière Banque Nationale - Patrimony Management is the fifth largest securities brokerage firm in Canada by size. We have nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients in approximately 100 branches. Under regional direction, you will work with a patrimony management advisor to provide an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and camaraderie will be key to your success.

Requirements

• Completed college and/or university studies in a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in the banking ('back office'), insurance, and/or finance sectors
• Securities trading course (CCVM) and/or course related to the valid conduct manual
• ERCI: Canadian Regulatory Examination on Investments completed
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service
