Position Overview

Reporting directly to the store manager, the sales associate plays a crucial role in promoting our values. The primary objective is to provide exceptional service to our customers, building lasting connections with them.

Key Responsibilities

• Adopt a "customer is our priority" attitude, ensuring customer loyalty is established and maintained
• Resolve customer issues effectively in-store, promptly, and positively
• Work as part of a team and contribute to the store's success
• Perform POS (point of sale) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, floor stocking, markdowns, and fitting room maintenance
• Stay up-to-date with our latest products and services
• Ensure the store is attractive and maintain company standards regarding product presentation, stocking, cleaning, store maintenance, and displays/mannequins
• Adhere to all loss prevention policies

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred experience in the fashion retail market

• Experience and understanding of store operations concepts such as store maintenance, handling money, and merchandise presentation
• Initiative and good judgment in all situations
