The information team of the Registry and Operations Department is looking for a student in law. Our office is located at 500, René-Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal.
Your role
- Welcome judges, conciliators, litigants and other parties presenting themselves at the reception desk;
- Answer phone calls directed to the reception desk;
- Collaborate on the creation and writing of various legal information tools for customer support agents;
- Perform various administrative tasks in connection with the needs of the information team.
- Working at the Labor Relations Board is:
- An experience in the legal field;
- A possibility to work in the summer with a 35-hour workweek;
A flexible schedule according to your class schedule, Monday to Friday for a maximum of 14 hours per week; A minimum hourly rate of $24.04. A 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.

The person sought must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily. We are looking for an empathetic, autonomous, initiative-taking person with a great sense of being. Openness, versatility and cheerfulness are also important assets.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a student job, you must:
- be authorized to work in Canada;
- be enrolled in full-time studies for the fall 2026 session in a legal technical program or a bachelor's degree in law OR be enrolled part-time in the penultimate or final session of this program.
