Accounting Technician

We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and autonomous accounting technician to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Validation of the processing of vendor and customer accounts;
• Validation of payroll processing;
• Ensure daily cash flow tracking;
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations;
• Perform monthly analyses of balance sheet and income statement items (end of month);
• Produce and process government remittances;
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information;
• Perform various related administrative tasks.
• Desired profile:
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• DEC diploma (mandatory);
• Knowledge of complete accounting cycles;
• Excellent Excel skills (mandatory);
• Proficiency in Acomba accounting system (optional) and Zoho (mandatory);
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
