The Company

Emblème Canneberge Inc. is a processor, distributor, and exporter of small fruits, particularly cranberries and wild blueberries. The company processes, freezes, sorts, and grades a significant portion of the annual Quebec cranberry harvest. Operations are carried out on a receiving line that handles both conventional and organic fruits. The fruits are then frozen in the plant's freezers until their temperature reaches -18°C.
