Re-Source Integration is a social economy company that employs over 200 people, the majority of whom have functional limitations (intellectual disability, physical limitation, mental health issues). Our areas of activity include packaging, industrial subcontracting, retail (La Source des Aubaines), and the production of essential oils (Cèdres Recyclés).

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, you will have the following responsibilities: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Management

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to ensure the achievement of quality, productivity, health and safety, and customer service objectives;
  • Ensure the optimization of production operations across all sectors under your responsibility;
  • Develop, track, and analyze performance indicators to improve and optimize operational efficiency;
  • Ensure the implementation and application of procedures, quality standards, and work methods;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Human Resources Management
  • Supervise supervisors of the sectors under your responsibility;
  • Motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives;
  • Participate in recruitment, integration, training, and development of employees;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and follow-up;
  • Collaborate with HR in the application of administrative and disciplinary measures;
  • Promote the integration and retention of employees with functional limitations.
  • Planning and Coordination of Operations
  • Plan production schedules and workforce needs;
  • Ensure optimal use of human, material, and equipment resources;
  • Coordinate activities between different production sectors;
  • Participate in the resolution of operational issues and the establishment of priorities.
  • Inventory, Warehousing, and Transport Management
  • Ensure the efficiency of warehousing operations;
  • Manage raw materials, inventories, and finished products;
  • Coordinate transport activities related to operations and ensure compliance of the corporate vehicle fleet, including inspections, preventive maintenance, road safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Ensure the application of health and safety standards and practices;
  • Participate in risk identification and the implementation of corrective measures;
  • Ensure that work methods take into account the capabilities and functional limitations of employees.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and recommend improvements to work methods;
  • Participate in process optimization projects, the implementation of new methods, and work reorganization;
  • Act as a change agent for the teams.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • DEC, AEC in production management or relevant training;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or operations management;
  • Experience in personnel supervision;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.);
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience working with people with functional limitations (asset).

  • WORK CONDITIONS:
  • Permanent position: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, daytime)
