The Team Lead plays a key role in coordinating operations and mobilizing staff. Under the supervision of the manager and/or assistant manager, the person in this position ensures the smooth functioning of the restaurant, the strict application of established procedures, and the maintenance of a positive and productive work environment in the absence of their superiors. They act as an operational leader to the team.

• Actively participate in operations
• Ensure the application of Benny & Co. policies and procedures (operations, quality, presentation, customer service, hygiene, and sanitation)
• Participate in the smooth functioning of production and the execution of orders
• Maintain a harmonious work environment within the team
• Mobilize, coach, and support team members
• Follow up and manage complaints
• In the absence of their superiors, supervise the staff on duty and assign work tasks
• Ensure the respect of schedules and optimize the management of working hours based on foot traffic
• Distribute cleaning tasks and ensure the quality of the work done
• Ensure the welcome, integration, training, and follow-up of the training plans for new employees
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Perform any other task as requested by their immediate supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in management, ideally in the restaurant sector
• Motivational and positive leadership, focused on results
• Excellent sense of responsibility, judgment, and autonomy
• Strong ability to adapt and manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a great capacity for listening
• Rigor in the application of procedures and operational standards
