English Copywriter

Join our team as an English Copywriter!

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company across all brand communication. You’ll contribute to the development of brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches within a dynamic marketing environment supported by an omnichannel business model and a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.

This role is based at Home Office in Montreal, Quebec.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Lead the creative thinking, collaborate on design, and write compelling copy for assigned projects while overseeing production to ensure high-quality final deliverables
• Create and write content for a variety of communication channels, including social media, email, blogs, websites, and other marketing materials
• Write and edit engaging marketing copy across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints—from headlines and taglines to long-form content
• Partner closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop briefs, refine concepts, and bring campaigns to life
• Steward and evolve the brand voices across FYidoctors, BonLook, Visique, and solis, ensuring each brand remains distinct, consistent, and relevant
• Review and approve copy with both a creative and strategic mindset, ensuring every word serves a purpose
• Work collaboratively in Figma as part of an integrated creative workflow, reviewing copy in context and contributing to the overall creative output
• Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals

What Do You Bring

• Native-level written and spoken English proficiency. English is required to communicate daily with our team members across Canada
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Literature, or a related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant copywriting experience
• Strong understanding of the creative development process
• Knowledge of production processes across various media, including television, radio, print, social media, branding, and web
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and brands.
• Highly creative with strong conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Exceptional organizational, time-management skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience working in Figma or a similar collaborative design platform is an asset
• Interest in fashion, art, design, and culture is considered an asset
