Wood Yard Clerk

The incumbent welcomes and effectively responds to customers' needs in the wood yard in a personalized and courteous manner. He confirms the accuracy of orders and follows up on complaints and returns. He receives merchandise from various suppliers using a forklift. He replenishes shelves, manages inventory, and checks for damages. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining the yard by keeping service areas free of residues, debris, snow, and adheres to health and safety at work norms and procedures.

Required Knowledge and Training
