The Learning and Analytics Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, measurement, and improvement of the organization's learning platforms, with a particular focus on the Zensai Learn365 Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft 365 tools.
This role supports the continuous training of corporate employees, corporate workshops, and franchisees, including mandatory compliance and health and safety training. The Specialist manages the configuration of the LMS, user access, training content, learning resources hosted on SharePoint, troubleshooting with vendors, governance, quality assurance, accessibility, and learning data analysis.
The Specialist collaborates closely with the Program Delivery Manager to select and organize training content, design learning paths, and structure curricula tailored to the needs of different audiences and the company's priorities.

Administration, Configuration, and Support of the LMS.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS, including courses, learning paths, permissions, user groups, enrollments, notifications, and report structures.
- Manage access, permissions, content, reports, and user support for the LMS for corporate employees, corporate workshops, franchisees, and users of different brands.
- Resolve issues related to LMS access, course launches, tracking completions, reports, and content; document observed trends and communicate technical issues to the IT team, LMS vendors, or content vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, HR, IT, Operations, and brand teams to upload, organize, test, and maintain training content.
- Manage integrations between the LMS and Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Teams, HR systems, and other productivity tools.
- Ensure LMS governance, including data standards, access controls, taxonomies, metadata, and catalog structures to provide a consistent and easily accessible learning experience.
- Test courses, learning paths, enrollment rules, completion logic, notifications, permissions, links, SCORM tracking, browser compatibility, and mobile experience before deployment.
- Maintain compliance with audit requirements through precise completion records, tracking certifications, expiration dates, renewals, audit trails, and documentary evidence.
- Monitor updates, new versions, support tickets, and improvement opportunities for LMS and content curation platforms.
- Training Content, Knowledge Management, and Microsoft 365 Support
- Create and maintain SharePoint learning pages, resource centers, and Microsoft 365 content to enhance access to training resources and knowledge assets.
- Support the Program Delivery Manager in selecting content, creating curricula, organizing learning paths, and aligning resources with program objectives, learner needs, and company priorities.
- Organize, categorize, review, archive, and retire training content by applying best practices in knowledge management and content lifecycle.
- Upload, test, and maintain SCORM modules, videos, audio files, PDF documents, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and other digital learning resources.
- Collaborate with content vendors to find, review, maintain, and resolve issues related to third-party training content.
- Ensure content and platforms meet accessibility requirements for different learning formats, devices, and user groups.
- Improve course navigation, search, discoverability, and accessibility of resources for employees, franchisees, brands, and regional teams.
- Apply best practices in instructional design, adult learning, learning evaluation, microlearning, blended learning, and digital training to ensure content quality.
- Coordinate content updates, translations, documentation standards, and version control for resources intended for corporate employees, franchisees, and different brands.
Data, Analytics, and Reporting
- Design and maintain training dashboards and reports for corporate employees, franchisees, brands, compliance, health and safety programs, and other learning initiatives.
- Clean, transform, model, analyze, and visualize learning data using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and LMS reporting tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training, including completion rates, overdue training, adoption, evaluation results, certification status, compliance, and platform usage.
- Analyze data related to learning, engagement, performance, integration, compliance, and operations to identify development needs, skill gaps, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities for targeted support.
- Transform data into insights, recommendations, and summaries tailored to stakeholders to improve programs, compliance tracking, and decision-making.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, confidential, and ethical use of data related to employees, franchisees, brands, engagement, performance, and training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training, learner engagement, readiness for compliance, and opportunities to improve learning outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from learners, franchisees, managers, and other stakeholders to improve the overall learning platform experience.
- Optimize processes related to the LMS, reporting, content governance, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, college diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in learning and development, learning technologies, instructional design, knowledge management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with the Zensai Learn365 platform is a plus. Experience with other LMS platforms such as Docebo, 360Learning, Canvas, Blackboard, Schoox, or similar solutions is also relevant.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, including creating SharePoint sites and pages, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related collaboration tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including managing complex datasets, formulas, XLOOKUP (RECHERCHEX), pivot tables, Power Query, conditional formatting, validation, and data cleaning.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including designing dashboards, data modeling, relationship management, creating measures, Power Query, and data visualization for stakeholders.
- Good understanding of formats and types of learning content.
