Human Resources Technician - Health and Safety at Work (SST) Section

Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Technician (HR) - Health and Safety at Work (SST) section actively contributes to the management of activities related to prevention, CNESST file tracking, absenteeism management, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

The person holding the position acts as an essential operational support to managers, employees, and the Human Resources service.

*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Coordinate SST committee activities (meetings, agendas, minutes)
• Ensure follow-up on SST actions and recommendations
• Participate in SST audits and disseminate results
• Maintain SST indicators and dashboards up-to-date
• Manage administrative follow-up of CNESST files and work accidents
• Coordinate communications with partners (insurance, CNESST)
• Track absenteeism files and medical situations
• Ensure follow-up on return to work and functional limitations
• Support managers in managing prolonged absences
• Accompany employees in handling complaints and investigations
• Contribute to prevention, training, and awareness activities in SST
• Participate in promoting a safe and compliant work environment
• *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
• College diploma (DEC) in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
• Experience in Health and Safety at Work (an asset)
• Good knowledge of CNESST regulations
• Sense of organization and administrative rigor
• Experience with MediSolution's VIRTUO software (an asset)
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple files simultaneously
• Salary: $25.50 per hour
