We are looking for an involved, versatile, and structured warehouse supervisor, ready to actively participate in field tasks with his team.

The warehouse supervisor will be responsible for coordinating operations related to the rental of refrigerators and cold rooms for various events, while supervising a team of 4 employees and more.

This is a field management position, where the candidate works alongside his team.

Opportunity to contribute to the development of the market in Ontario for event refrigerators, with a bonus tied to development results.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigerator rentals for various events
• Plan and coordinate cold room and equipment deliveries
• Ensure coordination of deliveries with the office
• Supervise and lead a team of 4 employees and more
• Actively participate in handling and delivery tasks
• Assign tasks to employees
• Place orders for required materials for the shop and construction projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (warehouse / shop)
• Manage the fleet of trucks:
• Schedule maintenance appointments
• Garage appointments
• Tire management and general maintenance
• Desired Profile

• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Able to lift heavy loads (handling)
• Experience in warehouse supervision or management (asset)
• Valid driver's license (required)
