We are recruiting: Human Resources Agent (Part-time)

Your Role

As a Human Resources Agent, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function by analyzing, structuring, and optimizing the company's internal HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and optimize all internal HR processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend concrete and innovative solutions.
• Structure, standardize, and document HR procedures.
• Optimize key processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Collaborate with managers to improve organizational practices.
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency of HR processes.
• Measure results and track the impact of implemented improvements.
• Desired Profile
• Education in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement (a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and sense of organization.
• Autonomy, initiative, and professional rigor.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
