The incumbent defines and maintains a target vision of capabilities, orientations, and global strategies for the technological domains of infrastructure security and cryptography, based on strategic orientations, business positioning, and enterprise architecture targets. More specifically, they support the evolution of infrastructure platform security, fundamental technological services, cryptographic protection mechanisms, and related domains. Emerging from the organization's major strategic planning priorities, the mandates under their responsibility are of significant scope, present major risks and complexities, and require numerous interdisciplinary alignments. More specifically, they ensure cohesion and cross-cutting integration between technological strategies, domain initiatives, and the project portfolio. They assume leadership in optimizing alignments with impacted business and technological sectors. Finally, they are responsible for ensuring the compliance of projects associated with initiatives with respect to infrastructure and cryptography target architectures that reflect business needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Define, design, and ensure the evolution of technological infrastructure and cryptography target architectures resulting from the organization's global strategies and master plans.
- Align technological solutions with strategies to meet business needs, security requirements, and enterprise architecture targets, playing an integrator role.
- Assume a leadership and influence role in establishing business priorities and technological orientations related to infrastructure security, cryptographic key management, data protection at rest and in transit, and service resilience.
- Collaborate in defining and planning technological initiatives and recommend the breakdown and sequencing of deliveries in line with the desired business benefits.
- Participate in defining global modernization strategies and the evolution of technological service models, as well as their alignment with sectoral master plans.
- Ensure the harmonization of the project portfolio with technological infrastructure and cryptography target architectures and the integration of all technological solutions from the concerned domains.
- Assume leadership and advisory roles with business partners, technological teams, and information security teams in prioritizing the project portfolio, recommending an optimal delivery sequencing aligned with target architectures.
- Collaborate in identifying and evaluating technological, operational, and security risks, as well as defining mitigation measures in relation to the alignment between initiatives and architecture targets.
- Play a resource and expert role with architecture, infrastructure, and information security service communities.
- Ensure technological, regulatory, and market vigilance, as well as the development and adoption of best practices in the infrastructure and cryptography domains.

- Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology, computer engineering, or information security
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in technological infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technological architecture, including four years in domains such as enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing, identity and access management, cryptography, key management, or data protection
- Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- French language proficiency required
- Expertise in infrastructure architecture, technological platform security, and cryptographic services
- Strategic communication and executive-level writing expertise, as well as leadership, influence, and mobilization capabilities
- Mastery of best practices supported by relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC GSEC, CGED, or SABSA. Other relevant certifications and training may be considered
- Knowledge of reference frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to critical infrastructure, information protection, and technological risk management
