The Challenge
We are looking for a Registered Regimes Administrator to join our operations team for 6 months.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Regimes, the incumbent is responsible for processing registered regimes requests within the platforms of the OCRI (formerly OCRCVM and ACFM).

What Your Day Looks Like
- Administer registered regimes and process requests such as unenrollments, deactivations, specialized withdrawals, etc.
- Ensure that enrollments, contributions, and withdrawals comply with the regulatory deadlines for REEE, REER, CELI, FRR, CELIAPP, etc.
- Review, process, and settle all registered regime requests within the service level agreement deadlines and escalate any issues requiring review and intervention by management.
- Conduct registered regime audits with the OCRI within internal and regulatory deadlines.
- Work closely with the teams responsible for taxation, succession, transfers, new accounts, and client account management for any necessary updates to registered regimes.
- Actively participate in registered regime committee meetings to ensure that fiduciary and regulatory changes are applied to procedures and manuals, which must be up-to-date.
- Monitor the evolution of the ARC, Revenu Québec, Employment and Social Development Canada, and fiduciary regulation by consulting the legislation, press releases, and sectorial information bulletins.
Requirements Your Experience and Skills
- Post-secondary studies and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in the field of registered regimes or operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Particular attention to detail and precision, with an emphasis on quality assurance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Salary
The anticipated salary range for this position is $46,000 to $55,000 CAD per year. Individual compensation conditions are based on various factors specific to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
