Billing, customer service, and compilation of accounting documents, that's what you're looking for?
The CHUM is currently looking for an accounts receivable clerk for a full-time daytime replacement position. As a member of the accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for billing a portion of the CHUM's client base. To do this, you will need to:
- Perform billing for the client base under your responsibility;
- Analyze the age of accounts for the type of billing under your responsibility and proceed with follow-ups to ensure collection;
- Communicate with patients and/or their families to determine if they have private insurance;
- Answer patients' questions regarding their billing;
- Perform data entry;
- Ensure the classification, compilation, and conservation of accounting archives.
You may also be called upon to replace at the accounts receivable counters.

Requirements
- Hold a professional studies diploma in accounting recognized by the Ministry of Education or a comparative evaluation of your studies completed outside Quebec issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Inclusion of Quebec;
- Have 6 months of relevant experience;
- Basic mastery of Word and Excel software;
- Advanced mastery of English, both oral and written;
