What will you contribute to the team?

  • Work a late shift starting from early afternoon to support tool manufacturing.
  • Design, modify, and update tool drawings based on process requirements.
  • Participate in fixture testing in collaboration with other departments.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to tool design and manufacturing.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design profile, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial design and/or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 or Siemens NX with PLM system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional, quality-oriented, and innovative mindset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) - an asset.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations - an asset.
  • Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing methods (e.g., aerospace assembly, composites, machining, 3D printing, aircraft detail fabrication tools).
