What are your contributions to the team?

• Plan, coordinate, and lead team activities.
• Coach the team to develop talent within the organization.
• Participate in defining and implementing production plans to meet demand.
• Define productivity improvement strategies with internal partners.
• Develop global strategies for production planning.
• Provide integrated plans to schedule and optimize the operations cycle and feed production tracking tools. Generate scenarios as needed.
• Provide detailed workforce requirements in connection with integrated plans.
• Monitor operational processes, performance management, and employee development while fostering an engaging and mobilizing work environment.
• Participate in the development of integrated plans for each aircraft and their impacts on sector plans.
• Act as an ambassador and communicator of integrated plans.
• Train and develop the industrial engineering team and coordinators as needed.
• Ensure and maintain constant alignment with production teams, programs, involved suppliers, master plan, and other industrial engineering teams.
• Promote and act as a leader in implementing Bombardier's operational excellence.
• Respect schedules and business plans associated with the different phases of a program launch.
• Define productivity improvement strategies with internal partners.
• Develop global strategies for production planning.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You have a DEC or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management, paired with a minimum of three years of experience in a value-added production environment.
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a manager.
• You are proficient in the concepts and tools of Lean principles.
• You are an excellent communicator (French and English).
• You have the ability to plan and organize to achieve results.
• You are recognized for your motivational skills.
